OXE locator for determining the position of the camera head for OXE inspection cameras
Accurate location of the camera head and underground lines significantly facilitates subsequent inspection, maintenance, and repair of the problematic area. This professional locator operates at several frequencies 512 Hz, 640 Hz, and 33 kHz, allowing it to be used either in conjunction with a camera probe or independently to locate pipes, sewer lines, cables, and other underground utilities.
The current strength of the received signal is clearly displayed on a backlit LCD screen, while audible alerts help the operator determine the direction and location of the strongest signal. Sensitivity can be adjusted within a range of 0 to 100, allowing the reception to be adapted to distance and environmental conditions. In open areas, the reception range reaches up to 10 meters.
The locator also supports the detection of power lines with a frequency of 50/60 Hz and radio frequencies in the range of 6–22 kHz. Its rugged design with an IP65 rating allows for use in demanding work environments. The built-in lithium-ion battery offers up to 10 hours of runtime and can be conveniently recharged via a modern USB-C connector.

Three search frequencies for various applications
Support for frequencies 512 Hz, 640 Hz, and 33 kHz allows you to adapt the locator to various camera probes, transmitters, and underground cables. Before starting work, simply select the frequency corresponding to the device being used. In addition, the locator supports the detection of 50/60 Hz power lines and radio frequencies in the range of 6–22 kHz.
Precise localization of camera heads and underground lines
The locator allows for the quick and accurate determination of the position of a camera head equipped with a transmitter that is located inside a pipe or sewer line during an inspection. By monitoring the strength of the received signal, the operator can gradually locate the spot with the strongest response and thus pinpoint the problematic section directly from the surface.
The device can also be used to locate underground cables, pipes, sewer lines, manholes, and other utility lines. A more precise knowledge of their locations helps minimize unnecessary excavation work, speeds up subsequent repairs, and reduces the risk of damage to surrounding utility lines. The locator is therefore suitable for plumbers, service technicians, construction companies, and workers performing regular inspections of piping systems.

Adjustable sensitivity and audible alerts
The sensitivity of the received signal can be adjusted within a range of 0 to 100 depending on distance and current conditions—when searching from a greater distance, the gain can be increased, while it can be decreased when near the source for more precise localization. The signal strength is supplemented by audible alerts through the built-in speaker or connected headphones, and the volume level is adjustable.
Clear backlit LCD display
The easy-to-read LCD display shows the received signal strength as a percentage, the set frequency, gain level, volume, and the status of the built-in rechargeable battery. The adjustable backlight makes it easier to read the data when working in various lighting conditions and allows the operator to continuously monitor signal changes as they approach the target location.

Durable construction and power for a full workday
The durable design with an IP65 rating protects the locator against dust and water jets, making it ready for use even in more demanding outdoor environments. The built-in lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2,200 mAh offers up to 10 hours of battery life; a full charge takes approximately 3 hours and is conveniently performed via a USB-C connector. The device can be used at temperatures ranging from −10 to 50 °C.
