Wöhler M 603 - differential pressure, leak and volume measurement

The Wöhler M 603 measuring instrument is TÜV tested, so your measurements meet the requirements of all customers. Sustainable investment in a single instrument and safe execution of all tests according to TPG 704 01 (gas), DIN EN 806 (drinking water) and DIN EN1610 (waste water). These can be carried out quickly and easily, as the automatic measuring process guarantees simple, standard-compliant and error-free measurements. Incidentally, you can also locate metal pipes with the instrument and the additional locator. A pressure gauge for countless applications that will accompany you for many years of your career.

OPERATIONAL TEST

• The serviceability test can be safely performed with service gas, so the pipeline does not need to be flushed.

LOAD TEST

• With the appropriate connection accessories, the newly installed gas pipe is simply pressurized with the test pressure for the load test (1 bar).

REGULATORY TEST

• A separate menu item ensures that the functionality of the gas regulator can be tested within a few minutes.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT

• A temperature measuring clamp can be used to determine the temperature of the pipe.

SEWERAGE

• Before testing the tightness of the sewer pipe according to DIN EN 1610, the test sections are sealed with bubbles.

OPTIONAL MEASURING RANGE EXTENSION

• Measurements on drinking water pipes with air according to DIN EN 806 can be easily carried out with the Wöhler M 603 pressure gauge thanks to its pressure measuring range of up to 3 bar. With the Wöhler SC 660 Smart Connect, the range is extended to 60 bar.
