The Solarix installation cable, labeled SXKD-5E-FTP-PVC+PE, is a reliable shielded category 5E double-sheathed cable designed to operate Ethernet protocols, including 2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T*. Cable construction is F/UTP, sheath type is PVC (inner sheath) and UV stable PE (outer sheath) with fire reaction class Fca. The conductors of the cable are made of high-quality copper wire with a copper purity of 99.97%. The cable easily meets the requirements of international standards ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173 and ANSI/TIA 568.2-D. The cable is intended for more demanding installations, where the double PVC+PE sheath with a total thickness of 1.1 mm provides high protection against the effects of the surrounding environment. Like other Solarix cables, the SXKD-5E-FTP-PVC+PE cable is marked with meters per 1 m in the range from 0 to 305 m. The cable is supplied on a high-strength wooden spool, on which all necessary product information is indicated, including line codes, production batch, description and most important technical parameters. This cable is not intended for permanent storage in water or in the ground without adequate protection.
