1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
In accordance with the RICOM secure Regulation, it processes personal data that users of Eshops actively provide as part of the use of Eshops.

2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA AND STORAGE PERIOD
RICOM secure uses your personal data mainly for the following purposes:
- to conclude and fulfill rights and obligations from the purchase or other contract at Eshops;
- communication with Eshop users and contractual relationship management;
- analysis, evaluation and improvement of services for Eshop users;
- handling of complaints, rights from defective performance and complaints;
- fulfillment of legal obligations; and
- to inform about changes and news in provided products and services and personalized offers.
RICOM secure retains personal data only for the duration of any of the above purposes of processing and subsequently only for the period and under the conditions in accordance with applicable law.
In the case of commercial consent and for marketing purposes, this period shall be  years from the granting or renewal of the consent. In other cases, the processing time results from the purpose of processing or is determined by law.

Therefore, RICOM secure s.r.o. will also create and store data on their type of behavior when using RICOM secure s.r.o. services and products and create and maintain anonymized behavioral analyzes of users who grant such consent. All these activities are essential to reach customers with appropriate marketing offers.
RICOM secure is also entitled to process contact details for marketing purposes with the user's consent. For entities that have given their consent to a marketing contact via electronic contact, RICOM secure processes with their consent for the period specified in the consent the contacts that the entity will make available to it for the purposes of marketing contact with the offer of RICOM secure services and products. If this consent is granted through a website operated by RICOM secure, data from RICOM secure cookies, which are located on the website on which this consent was granted, are processed together with these contacts. However, this is only the case if the subject has cookies enabled in the web browser.
The user may revoke the consent to this use of personal data at any time by sending information on the revocation of consent to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to the above address of RICOM secure.
RICOM uses e-mail security for business communications from RICOM secure or third parties. It is always clear from commercial communications that RICOM secure is the sender. RICOM secure s.r.o., IČ: 08572852, with its registered office in Liberec, Na Bělidle 1135, 460 06, Czech Republic, is the administrator and processor of personal data provided to users on the basis of the use of Eshops or the conclusion of any contract or the provision of any personal data for the specified purpose.
4. WHO WE CAN PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may provide personal information:
(a) service providers who provide us with services related to our activities, in particular payment intermediaries, persons assisting us in the administration of contracts and claims for each other, or who print and deliver documents; provide us with digital and online sales services, such as social media monitoring, web analytics and search engines, user-generated content processing tools;
(b) other persons in accordance with applicable law (eg notification to tax authorities in cases provided by law, police in the framework of a criminal investigation, etc.).
With the user's consent, we may share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
We may share personal information with our partners if the services or products were co-created by RICOM secure and its partner. In this case, RICOM secure and the partner will process the user's personal data, each for their own purposes and in accordance with their own policies for handling personal data.
5. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
RICOM secure shares personal information within its company. In fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities, RICOM secure may use the professional and specialized services of other entities. If these suppliers process personal data transmitted from RICOM secure, they have the status of processors of personal data and process personal data only within the instructions of RICOM secure and may not use them otherwise. These include, in particular, the management of IT systems, internet advertising or sales representation, the activities of experts, lawyers, auditors, or the recovery of debts.

In the case of transfers outside the EEA, we will ensure the protection of personal data through the conclusion of relevant contractual clauses or through other appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
RICOM secure is also entitled to share personal data with third parties:

In the course of fulfilling its legal obligations, RICOM secure transmits personal data to the administrative authorities and bodies specified by the applicable legislation.
Cookies are small data files that are necessary for the proper functioning of the Eshop website and which are placed on the user's computer, just as most websites do. These are text files that the website stores on the user's computer or mobile device when the user starts using these pages.
The pages thus remember the actions and settings performed by the user on them for a certain period of time. Therefore, there is no need to re-enter this information when you revisit the site and switch between sections of the site.
