The 1.3 Mpx AHD image sensor, with a wide 120° field of view and four powerful LEDs ensure a clear image even in dark environments. The stainless steel construction with sapphire glass meets the IP68 rating and withstands pressure up to 10 bar.

The system uses a 150 m flexible cable with an electric reel, adjustable winding speed, and a digital length counter. The MultiCam Control Box with a durable 10.1" R7 tablet, allows you to view live video, control the camera, and capture photos and videos. The ITS Reports software, with a lifetime license, is used to create inspection reports in accordance with the EN 13508-2 standard and export them to PDF.

A flexible cable 150 meters long and 8 mm in diameter allows you to inspect deep wells, boreholes, and other hard-to-reach locations. The cable features oxygen-free copper conductors, a durable polyurethane jacket, and Kevlar reinforcement. This design ensures the necessary flexibility while helping to protect the cable during regular field use.

Detailed inspection using a rotating camera head

The electrically controlled camera head, with a diameter of 50 mm, allows for unrestricted 360° rotation and 180° tilt. This allows the technician to smoothly change the viewing angle during the inspection and thoroughly examine the walls, joints, floor, and other parts of the inspected area. Manual focus helps adjust the image to the current distance of the inspected area.

Clear image even in complete darkness

The camera uses a 1/3" CMOS sensor with a resolution of 1.3 Mpx AHD and a 120° field of view. Four powerful white LEDs illuminate dark boreholes, wells, and pipes, making it easier to detect cracks, deposits, leaks, or other defects. The image can be viewed in real time on the display of the included tablet.

Durable design for underwater use

The camera head housing is made of stainless steel, and the lens is protected by durable sapphire glass. The camera meets the IP68 protection rating and withstands pressures up to 10 bar, making it suitable for underwater inspections. An operating temperature range of 5 to 50 °C allows for use in a variety of working conditions.

Electric winch with length counter

The electric reel facilitates both unwinding and rewinding of long cables and allows you to adjust the speed of cable movement. The integrated digital meter displays the current length of the extended cable in meters or feet. This makes it easier for the technician to determine the approximate depth and location of the detected fault.

Convenient control via tablet

The MultiCam Control Box comes with a durable 10.1" R7 tablet running Android, which can be used to control the camera head and view live footage. The system allows you to capture photos in JPEG format and video recordings in MP4 format. The tablet supports operation while wearing work gloves and connects via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and 4G LTE.

Professional inspection reports

The ITS Reports software, with a lifetime license, allows you to record the collected data and create inspection reports in accordance with the EN 13508 standard-2. The documentation can include information about the job, recorded data, and identified defects. Finished reports can then be exported to a clear PDF format.
