This professional inspection system is designed for detailed inspection of pipes with diameters ranging from 60 to 450 mm. The durable camera head, with a diameter of 50 mm, offers 360° rotation, 180° tilt, manual focus, and a wide 120° field of view. The 1.3 Mpx AHD image sensor, together with four powerful LEDs, ensures a clear image even in poorly lit areas. The stainless steel construction, sapphire lens, and IP68 waterproof rating up to a pressure of10 bar allow for use in demanding conditions.

The camera head is connected to the winch with a 40-meter flexible cable and an integrated meter counter. System control, image monitoring, and photo and video capture are handled by the MultiCam Control Box with a durable 10.1&" R7 tablet. Also included is the ITS Reports software with a lifetime license, which allows for the management of acquired data, the creation of inspection reports in accordance with the EN 13508-2 standard, and their export to PDF format.

The integrated counter displays the unwound distance directly on the tablet screen, allowing for more precise determination of the location of any defects found and their recording in the final inspection report.

Photos, Videos, and Professional Inspection Reports

During an inspection, you can take photos in JPEG format and record videos in MP4 format to document the condition of the structure. The integrated ITS Reports software with a lifetime license allows you to manage the collected data clearly, add job details, and create professional inspection reports in accordance with the EN 13508-2 standard. Completed reports can be exported to PDF format and then easily archived or shared with the customer.

Power for Long Field Work

Both the control unit and the tablet offer an operating time of approximately 7 hours, allowing for longer inspections away from standard work facilities. Information about the control unit’s operation and charging status is displayed on the integrated LCD screen.
