CAMERA OXE HORNET 4G

Thanks to truly great photos, quality processing, variable charging and a number of other practical functions, the OXE HORNET 4G camera trap truly meets all the requirements of even the most demanding customers.

At first glance, the camera trap impresses with its first-class camouflage, which is designed for the Czech nature. As for the design and its practicality, we have placed a through-hole on the front panel of the camera trap for passing an 8 mm thick cable lock. This makes this model very well protected against thieves.

However, what is revolutionary is the camera trap power supply system. You can power the OXE HORNET 4G camera trap with 8 AA batteries or 4 rechargeable 18650 cells. The OXE HORNET 4G camera trap has one antenna for receiving a 4G signal, which is stable even in poor conditions. This means that the camera trap has a GSM module for sending captured images via MMS messages to a mobile device or e-mail. In total, you can set up sending photos to up to 4 emails or 4 phone numbers. The maximum photo resolution is 30 MP.

The OXE HORNET 4G camera trap can again be connected to the OXE Solar Charger solar panel, which was custom-made by OXE camera traps. So they work really well with it. Of course, there is a large 2.4" display with a completely Czech menu. Setting up and operating the camera trap is very simple. Just enter your receiving e-mail and the OXE HORNET 4G camera trap works immediately.

DESIGN

The OXE HORNET 4G camera trap is made in a camouflaged design that corresponds to the conditions of Czech forests and gardens. The camera trap does not disturb the normal life of animals. At the same time, it is also inconspicuous for vandals or thieves. The camera trap is in a robust design. An antenna is screwed to the camera trap body, which ensures a stable 4G signal even in poorly covered areas. On the front panel between the lens and the PIR sensor, there is a through tunnel for an 8 mm cable lock. This is a very practical feature that will increase the possibility of securing the camera trap against thieves.

GSM MODULE

The OXE HORNET 4G camera trap has a GSM module, through which the captured photos and videos (3 - 10 seconds long depending on the quality of the mobile network) are sent to your device. Captured images can be sent to up to 4 phone numbers (the image will arrive on mobile devices as an MMS message) or to 4 e-mails (the image will arrive in your chosen e-mails, which you can view on a mobile device, laptop, computer, etc.). The transmission takes place over the fastest 4G network. This ensures full stability and reliability of the transmission.

BATTERY AND POWER SUPPLY

Here we have prepared a truly revolutionary innovation. The possibility of using two different types of batteries. To power the OXE HORNET 4G camera trap, you can use either 8 AA batteries or 4 rechargeable 18650 batteries. When operating the OXE HORNET 4G camera trap in the summer months, it is enough to use classic alkaline batteries. In winter, when temperatures drop below freezing, it is recommended to use lithium batteries. In addition to normal operation on AA batteries or rechargeable 18650 cells, the camera trap can be powered by an external 12V/7Ah battery, which is connected to the camera trap via a power cable with terminals. Another option is to power the camera trap using a solar panel.

SOLAR PANEL

   Are you planning to place the camera trap in places where there is plenty of sunlight? Then the great news for you is that the OXE HORNET 4G camera trap is compatible with the OXE SOLAR CHARGER solar panel. The solar panel is equipped with a built-in Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 8000 mAh. Thanks to the solar panel, you can extend the use of the camera trap several times.

LED LIGHTING

The OXE HORNET 4G camera trap is equipped with 78 LEDs for invisible 940nm illumination up to a distance of 20 m. The images at night are of high quality and sharp. By using invisible illumination, the monitored game is not frightened or the presence of the camera trap is not notified when a thief appears.

EASY SETUP

Just enter your email address and you can immediately send photos without any additional settings. Operating the camera trap is very easy and is based on long-term knowledge of OXE camera trap users. A large 2.4" LCD display and buttons are available to control the camera trap. Setting up and operating the camera trap is also made easier by the fact that the camera trap MENU is completely in Czech.

Shooting modes

The camera has three modes in which you can record and save the captured images:

• Photo - camera trap records photos
• Video - the camera trap records video footage
• Photo + video - the camera trap first captures photos and then records video

Photo resolution

The OXE HORNET 4G camera is capable of taking very high quality photos. The user can choose between four types of resolution:

• 30MP
• 24MP
• 16MP
• 8MP

The photos taken are in JPEG format.

Continuous shooting

The burst shooting function offers the possibility to take several pictures in a row, so that you don't miss any movement in front of the camera trap! The following series of photos can be set:

• 1 photo
• Series of 2 photos in a row
• Series of 3 photos in a row
• A series of 10 photos in a row

Video resolution

In addition to photos, the camera can also record video in maximum Full HD resolution. Here too, there are three resolution options to choose from:

• Full HD (1920 x 1080)
• HD (1280x720)
• WVGA (848 x 480)

The video recording is in MOV output format.

Video length

The video length can be set in the following ranges:

• 03-10sec programmable for transmission over mobile network
