This extended battery cover allows the use of 18650 batteries with so-called "protection". This battery with protection is protected against complete discharge and therefore destruction, which can occur in exceptional cases. The battery with protection is longer than the basic battery, so PARD has developed this longer cap to allow the use of a longer battery. The cap can be used on all types of PARD NV008 scopes and PARD NV007 ambush/monoculars.
