EL560/80/20 - electromechanical self-locking lock

Use:

For interior and solid casing doors - for example wooden doors.

Description of lock functions:

When an activation signal is received, the lock operating mechanism is engaged and the handle can be pressed to pull the latch and pass through the door. The lock can be operated in day mode, where the lock is permanently unlocked for a set period of time. The lock can always be opened by means of a cylinder on either side of the door. The lock must always be fitted with a split square handle/bar fitting.

Self-locking function of the lock:

When the door is closed, the locking bolt together with the main bolt is pushed against the counterbolt in the lock body and when the main split bolt pops out, the bolt is automatically extended and the main bolt is then locked. The lock is firmly locked at two points. The lock can be opened by means of a cylinder on both sides. The lock is self-locking, i.e. it cannot be manually locked with the cylinder, but only unlocked.

Monitoring function:

Door - open/closed

Knob - pressed/released

Key - unlocked/released

Flap - retracted/extended

Note: must use cable EA218 (6m) or EA219 (10m).

Lock settings:

The lock is always fitted with a handle/crank type fitting.

Fail secure

The handle in the direction of escape is permanently functional (panic handle or trap), the outer handle is functional when power is applied from a control device such as a reader.

Fail safe - EPS function - reverse mode

The handle in the direction of leakage is functional permanently (panic handle or trap), the outer handle is functional after power is removed from the control device, e.g. readers.
