CEL-TEC Red Cobra Wi-Fi Magnetic is a compact car camera in an unobtrusive and practical design, which has a magnetic holder for easy installation, the possibility of connecting to your smartphone for quick download of records, settings, etc. and very simple operation. The top-quality image in FULL HD resolution is ensured by a high-quality Sony Exmor sensor, a 6-member lens with a wide angle of view of 143 ° and a powerful processor. Notification LEDs and voice notifications (can be turned off) inform about the camera status, the traditional battery has been replaced by a modern supercapacitor.

Small and practical design

The CEL-TEC Red Cobra car camera has a unique and modern design with an emphasis on small dimensions. The camera easily hides behind the rearview mirror and does not interfere with the driver's view. To set the ideal angle, the camera body can be rotated 360 °, and the captured image can also be checked immediately on a mobile phone. The camera itself is attached with a strong magnet to the holder, which is attached to the windshield with a quality 3M sticker. The camera can be conveniently removed from the holder, so there is no risk of attracting thieves to the camera behind the windshield. Of course, the recording is automatically switched on when the car is started and vice versa when the engine is switched off.

Quality video recording with sound

The combination of the advanced Sony IMX323 sensor, 6-member optical lens, IR cut filter and FULL HD resolution creates a beautifully clear and sharp image in all conditions. The wide angle of view of 143 ° also captures the scene in the opposite direction and on the adjacent sidewalks. It doesn't matter if you are driving against the rising sun, in the rain or at night, the CEL-TEC Red Cobra on-board camera will always provide sufficient proof in the event of an accident or critical situation.

Power trend - supercapacitor

The current trend in the field of car cameras is the use of the so-called supercapacitor instead of conventional li-ion batteries. The reasons are simple - much higher reliability, equipment life and safety! No more deformation of the camera due to inflated battery, loss of set date and time or limited life. The supercapacitor electrodes do not degrade even after many thousands of cycles like conventional batteries.

Mobile application for even easier operation

The absence of a display on the CEL-TEC Red Cobra is compensated by a Wi-Fi module, thanks to which it is easy to connect to the camera via a mobile phone. On the smartphone, it is possible not only to watch the live image from the camera, but also to make all the settings or download and share the recorded recordings. The CEL-TEC Red Cobra application is completely in Czech and available both on Google play for Android devices and on the App Store for iOS. A pair of indicator LEDs and voice notifications (can be switched off) informs about the camera status.

Powerful features

The Red Cobra camera has several functions that are expected from a quality on-board camera. These certainly include a collision (impact) 3-axis g-sensor, which responds to a sudden movement of the camera (eg a collision with a car). If the sensor detects such a movement, it protects the current recording against being overwritten by a loop, so the situation remains on the microSD card and you can continue driving. You can also protect the current recording simply by pressing the button. Furthermore, the record in the loop is not missing (when the card is full, the oldest records outside the locked ones will start to be overwritten). The camera uses a microSD card up to 64 GB in size to store recordings.
