Autostan Viking 05 is a spacious folding roof tent featuring a strong and durable aircraft aluminum base, designed to accommodate up to 4 people.With a side-folding design, it provides a comfortable and stable space for the whole family to sleep.

Inside is a comfortablefoam mattress measuring 198 x 248 x 3cm with a removable cover that can be easily removed and cleaned. Of course, the anti-condensation pad and internal insulation layer help keep the environment dry and comfortable even on colder nights.

Strengthening

Stand is fastened using the complete installation kit included in the package. The design is compatible with most roof racks and its low height when folded (25 cm) makes it very compact even when transported.

Folding and Closing

Folding and unfolding the tent is very fast and intuitive thanks to the side-folding construction very quick and intuitive. You can set it up for sleeping literally within minutes.

Ready in moments, complete installation takes about 15 minutes.

Walls and Windows

Thanks to the durable 300D rip-stop oxford silver-coated tarpaulin, it provides excellent protection from rain (PU4000 mm water column) while allowing sufficient breathability.

Shell Roof

The shell structure is completely made of strong aluminum alloy without plastic parts, which ensures high durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The structure is also protected by a rubber seal against water and moisture ingress.

Security

Stand is equipped with a locking system to protect against unauthorized entry. The shell can be locked with a padlock (not included) and the entire fastening system is protected by special security nuts, which can only be removed with the included key.

Left/Right Variance - customized to fit your vehicle

The 05 car is offered in two variants - left and right. This choice is not just about preference, but about practical solutions. Many vehicles have only one side sliding door (for example, vans or SUVs), and therefore placing the ladder on the same side could limit access to the vehicle.

With two options, you can choose to position the tent so that the ladder runs on the opposite side from the door, avoiding annoying blockages.

At the same time, this solution makes it easier to feed cables from the interior of the vehicle into the tent -for example, if you power the connection panel from your vehicle via an Anderson socket. The location of the cable hole is adapted to the chosen direction, ensuring a clean, safe and functional connection.

Free installation and service, free of charge, upon receipt!

When you collect your car from us in person, you will receive a complete installation and service free of charge. This service includes:

• Secure attachment and installation of the autostan to your crossbars.
• Assembly with guaranteed functionality - we will hand over the autostan to you fully ready for use. We will assemble, disassemble and fold it on site so that you can verify its 100% functionality and correct fit. 
• Pre-wiring of the electrical panel - we will thoroughly test all electrical functions, including LED lighting, USB outputs and power sockets. 
• Common check - we'll go through the whole tent together, show you how everything works and check it's properly connected and ready to go. This will ensure that everything is in order before you leave.
• Just arrive, we'll take care of the rest. Then you'll just have the peace of mind and peace of mind on the road.

Assembly

When installing a tent on the roof of a car, it is important that the roof racks, cross bars or skids on the car are smaller than the first two dimensions of the tent. If the dimensions of the tent are larger than the racks, crossbars or skids, you must purchase the appropriate roof racks - from your vehicle manufacturer or an authorised repairer.

Before purchasing and using the tent, check the load capacity of your car roof to handle the weight of the tent. If you do not know this information, contact your vehicle manufacturer or authorized service center.

Maintenance

To maintain water resistance, we recommend renewing the PU coating every 3-5 years depending on frequency of use and exposure to weather.
