The VEIU mini 2 digital door Wi-Fi peephole is a new generation of the very successful VEIU mini model. The device combines safety features and an exceptionally compact design with user-friendly controls. A novelty is the innovative mounting of the monitor using a console for flexible handling of the device.

The peephole is designed for continuous monitoring of the area in front of your door via a mobile application available free of charge for Android and iOS operating systems. The device consists of an inner and outer part, the outer part contains a camera with a resolution of 2 MPx , motion PIR sensor , infrared diode night light, microphone, speaker and doorbell button. The inner part has a clear color touch LCD display, control button and thanks to the rechargeable lithium battery and memory card slot, it takes care of powering the device and storing captured images or videos in memory.

After pressing the bell button or motion detection in front of the door, the record will be taken automatically and the user will be notified via the mentioned application. The camera's optics boast a 160 ° angle of view, so you get a broad overview of who is at your door. In addition, the construction of the camera makes it impossible to look into the apartment through optics, as is possible with conventional door peepholes. This allows you to discreetly decide whether you want to open the door for the visitor, record the visitor or communicate with him remotely in a two-way voice transmission.

Thanks to the well-thought-out design, the device can be installed on virtually any door and the assembly itself does not take more than 10 minutes without the need for special tools or laborious and expensive door modifications. The peephole is equipped with a built-in lithium battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh with a standby time of up to 40 days , charged via the MicroUSB interface. It is therefore not necessary or laborious and often problematic to build cabling.

External storage with support for a MicroSD memory card up to 32 GB is intended for image storage. Configuration of the device is also very easy thanks to the color display with a diagonal of 4.3 " and the menu completely in the Czech language .

Data transfer to the mobile device is used by your home Wi-Fi network, which guarantees fast and secure video streaming in the 2.4 GHz band .
