The main advantages of the K6 Falcon include a magnetic holder, which makes the camera very easy to handle, but at the same time strong enough and stable. Furthermore, GPS module for recording route and speed, IPS touch screen and menu in Czech, supercapacitor instead of battery, support for up to 256 GB microSD cards, or a wide angle of view of 155 °.

Sharp FULL HD recording with sound

The CEL-TEC K6 Falcon on-board camera is equipped with a high-quality 2.0 Mpx Sony IMX323 sensor, an F1.8 lens and a wide-angle (155 °) lens. Thanks to this combination, the camera produces a clear and sharp image in FULL HD resolution with a sufficiently wide angle of view and thus easily captures events in the opposite direction and on adjacent sidewalks. The camera is equipped with an advanced WDR function for high-quality recording even in difficult lighting and backlight conditions (eg sunset / sunrise, tunnel exit, headlights of oncoming vehicles, etc.). The built-in microphone takes care of the accompanying audio recording, which can be easily switched off if necessary.

Magnetic holder

One of the advantages of the K6 Falcon camera is certainly the adjustable magnetic holder, thanks to which the camera is very easy to handle, but at the same time it is strong and stable enough, so there is no risk of the camera falling even when crossing a pothole. The camera is also powered via the holder, so there is no need to disconnect anything complicated to remove the camera.

Supercapacitor power supply

The current trend in the field of car cameras is the use of the so-called supercapacitor instead of conventional li-ion batteries. The reasons are simple - much higher reliability, equipment life and safety! No more deformation of the camera due to inflated battery, loss of set date and time or limited life. The supercapacitor electrodes do not degrade even after many thousands of cycles like conventional batteries.

IPS touch screen

The CEL-TEC K6 Falcon car camera is equipped with a high-quality 2.45 "color IPS touch screen. Thanks to it, you can not only conveniently set all important parameters, but also view the recordings, including sound thanks to the built-in speaker. The menu is also completely in Czech. Of course, the display doesn't have to be on all the time and it's up to you whether you keep it on or it automatically turns off after the set time.

GPS route and speed recording

The camera holder also includes a built-in GPS module, thanks to which the recording can be played back on the computer, including the route in Google maps, speed and overload data from the G-sensor. For the most accurate information, the module works with GPS and Glonass satellites.

Lots of features

The camera has several functions that are expected from a quality on-board camera. These certainly include a collision (impact) 3-axis g-sensor, which responds to a sudden movement of the camera (eg a collision with a car). If the sensor detects such a movement, it protects the current recording against being overwritten by a loop, so the situation remains on the microSD card and you can continue driving. The current recording can also be protected simply by a function on the display. Furthermore, the record in the loop is not missing (when the card is full, the oldest records outside the locked ones will start to be overwritten). Other useful features include the ability to enter a vehicle registration number, which is then visible directly in the record. In case of insufficient lighting of the scene in front of the vehicle, the camera will prompt you to turn on the lights (can be turned off) by displaying the headlight icon on the LCD. The camera uses a microSD card up to 256 GB to store recordings.
